Description
The addition of softness reduces irritation in anionic and amphoteric surfactant systems. Changes viscosity at low concentrations. Coupling agent (reduces exfoliation in carbomer-based systems, enhances conditioning effects of quarters). Emulsion stabilizer, wetting agent, dispersant, superfatting agent, water-soluble emollient, plasticizer and solubilizer for perfumes and lipophilic actives.
