Adjuvant, emulsifier SP Tween 24 / SP TWEEN 24 MBAL-LQ-(CQ)

Croda has advanced Tween 20 technology that offers three polysorbates with differentiated characteristics and improved benefits for modern formulations. Tween 20 has long been established as an effective adjuvant for in-line and added-to-tank applications with a favorable environmental and toxicological profile.

The latest Tweens allow formulators to boost performance with trusted and familiar chemistry. Tween 22, Tween 23 and Tween 24 offer increased surface activity to provide better wetting, lower equilibrium surface tension (EST) and lower contact angle compared to Tween 20. Tween 24 can significantly increase yield and reduce land use. By reducing the amount of land needed to grow crops, significant carbon and water savings can be achieved, Avieco has confirmed. Easy to use, it also shows improved performance with a variety of hydrophilic herbicides, all with minimal registration impact due to having the same CAS as Tween 20.

This product is suitable for use as an inert ingredient in combination with permitted active pesticide ingredients under the US NOP. Classes from the OMRI list are available.
