Effective emollient, superfatting agent, emulsifier, solubilizer, humectant and plasticizer. Gives styling products a shine advantage and reduces hair static when used in shampoos and conditioners. A dispersing agent in antiperspirants and an effective moisturizer for pigments. Soluble in water and water-alcohol systems. Excellent co-emulsifier in combination with Crodafos CS-20 A for sprayable emulsions or wipe-on formulations. Part of Croda Blue technology: suitable for cold processing.
